With over 20 years of experience in real estate, evaluation, and training, he is a Certified Fellow Trainer and Evaluator by the Saudi Commission for Accredited Residents, and also a member of MRICS at the British Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Experience
Fawaz previously served as a Training Director at Taqeem, then as a consultant, and currently leads the Commission's Fellowship Examinations Committee and Examinations Preparation Committee. He has provided over 300 training courses on real estate appraisal and expropriation in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the Emirates, and has trained more than 3000 trainees. Additionally, he is the founder of Hassab Company for Real Estate Evaluation.
