1. Eligibility:
    
   • The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 and above.
   • Participants must have an interest in real estate and possess relevant expertise.
   • The participant must be a resident of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
      
2. Entry Requirements:
    
   • Participants can submit multiple entries.
   • Submissions should adhere to the specified word count of 500 to 1500 words.
      
3. Submission Guidelines:
    
   • All entries must be submitted via email to [email protected] within the specified submission date.
   • Include the participant's name, contact information, and a brief bio (100 words max) with the submission.
      
4. Publication Rights:
    
   • By entering the competition, participants grant ThinkProp the right to publish their articles on its website and social media channels.
   • ThinkProp reserves the right to edit entries for clarity and fluency.
      
5. Winner Notification:
    
   • ThinkProp reserves the right to announce the winner upon receiving a sufficient number of high-quality articles.
   • Winners will be notified via email at the conclusion of the judging period.
   • The results will also be announced on ThinkProp's social media platforms and website.
      
6. Disqualification:
    
   • Entries that do not comply with the submission guidelines or that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or plagiarized will be disqualified.
      
7. Privacy:
    
   • Participants’ personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
      
8. Amendments:

• ThinkProp reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
