Real estate auctions have many reasons, from a traditional way of selling and buying real estate to forced auctions by virtue of the judiciary. It is necessary to license those in charge of the real estate auction profession according to the systems and procedures in place in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to regulate the process and protect the involved parties.

What happens if I am not able attend the course?

In case you are unable to attend the course, you need to notify us 7 days prior to the course commencement date. We will then be able to credit the full amount via a coupon codes which can be redeemed for the same or other courses offered by us. These coupons expire twelve months from the date that your credit coupon was generated. Unused coupons do not roll over and are non-transferable, non-creditable and non-refundable.

Does the course provide a Certificate?

Yes each certified course provides a certificate on exam completion if you attended all sessions and attained a score of 70% and above in the post-assessment.

What are the different types of delivery this course offers?
