Follow these steps via the DARI portal:   Log in using UAE Pass   Go to: Services → Professions Licensing → Register Auctioneer (Employee or Individual)   Upload the required documents:   Course completion certificate,   Valid Emirates ID,   Police clearance certificate,   University degree with UAE equivalency,   Experience certificates,   Professional certificates (if any),   Auctioneer undertaking letter (if required).   Ensure all documents are valid and up to date.   Complete the "Update Professional Details" form.   Submit the application.   Once approved, download your license from the DARI portal
One free retake is allowed. A third attempt will incur a fee of AED 500 + VAT.
A minimum score of 70% is required to pass.
The online exam takes 45 minutes to complete.
The exam is conducted online and includes multiple-choice and true/false questions.
This course is mandatory for all individuals seeking to obtain a real estate auctioneer license in Abu Dhabi, as required by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC).
Applicants must hold a university degree with an equivalency certificate issued by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education.
The course is delivered either in-person or virtually over 3 consecutive days, totaling 15 instructional hours.
