Madhmoun is more than a database; it is an integrated system for property verification that provides a trustworthy and transparent environment supporting collaboration among brokers, developers, and investors. This section explains what makes Madhmoun unique.

This section discusses challenges facing Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, such as duplication and fragmentation of listings, and how the Madhmoun project addresses these issues to create a more organized and efficient market.

The MLS system is a global collaborative platform for exchanging property information, providing a strong foundation for improved transparency and efficiency. We will review how this system is adapted to fit Abu Dhabi’s market specifics.

The project focuses on enhancing transparency, standardizing data, supporting stakeholder collaboration, enabling government oversight, and raising professionalism in the market. These objectives will be discussed in detail.

From DARI’s perspective, we will review how the service delivers integrated property management within the Madhmoun platform, focusing on implementation phases, key milestones, monitoring mechanisms, and how support and training are incorporated to ensure compliance and goal achievement.

The project is implemented through three main phases: system foundation, collaboration and classification enhancement, and international expansion. Each phase and its key steps will be outlined to ensure a successful gradual rollout
