A practical training course for real estate developers in Abu Dhabi on how to register an off-plan real estate development project through the DARI platform, covering the service objective, required documents, applicable fees, application submission steps, and request tracking.
This course provides real estate developers with a clear step-by-step walkthrough of the Real Estate Development Project Registration service on the DARI platform. The service supports the approval and registration of off-plan real estate projects in the off-plan real estate registry, including the registration and upload of development and division schematics, as well as management systems for layers, communities, and buildings, based on the applicable requirements
Participants will learn how to log in, switch to a professional profile, access the relevant service, enter project details in English and Arabic, select the project plots, assign the surveying company, upload project photos and required supporting documents, review the application, complete the payment process, and track the application status until municipal approval and completion of the request.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
• Understand the purpose of the Real Estate Development Project Registration service.
• Identify the required documents, including the affection plan, Planning/DMP approval, progress report, and project construction plan.
• Access the DARI platform and switch to the correct professional profile.
• Initiate the real estate project registration service through the developer services journey.
• Complete project details in English and Arabic, including project category, status, type, and completion percentage.
• Select the relevant plots and review their ownership, location, municipality, district, and community details.
• Assign the surveying company and upload project photos where required.
• Upload supporting documents in the required formats and review the application before submission.
• Complete the payment process and understand the applicable registration and electronic allowance fees.
• Track the application status, municipal approval, payment, and contract issuance steps until completion.
