A practical training course for real estate developers and escrow banks on how to register an escrow account agreement with ADREC through the DARI platform, including the required agreement copy, project selection, account details, review, and approval workflow.
This course provides a step-by-step walkthrough of the Escrow Account Agreement Registration service on the DARI platform. It explains how both the developer and the escrow bank complete the registration process for an escrow account agreement connected to an off-plan real estate project. Participants will learn the service objective, required document, and service cost, then follow the digital journey for logging in, switching to the relevant professional profile, accessing Escrow Account services, selecting the project, entering agreement details, developer details, special conditions, account and IBAN information, retention account details, and administration fees when applicable. The course also explains how to review the application, preview the agreement, submit the request, and understand the related approval workflow.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
• Understand the purpose of the Escrow Account Agreement Registration service.
• Identify the required document, which is the escrow agreement copy, and understand that the service is free of charge.
• Access the DARI platform and switch to the appropriate professional profile.
• Navigate to the Escrow Account service category and initiate Escrow Account Agreement Registration.
• Search for and select the relevant real estate project.
• Complete agreement details, account trustee details, and developer details.
