Where can I download the course summary for the Abu Dhabi Surveying Course? Arrow Arrow
Log in to ThinkProp.ae. Select your enrolled course. Go to the dashboard and click the “Summary” section to download the PDF.
To be eligible to enroll in the Abu Dhabi Surveying Course, you must hold a university degree with equivalency issued by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education.
The course is delivered either in-person or virtually over 3 days, with a total duration of 15 hours.
For in-person sessions, the training location will be shared via email a few days before the course start date. You can also find it in the “Location” section of your course dashboard.
Yes, a certificate will be issued within 2 to 4 working days upon completion of the course, attendance of all sessions, and achieving a minimum score of 70% on the final exam.
You must hold a valid Emirates ID to register for the course. And to get your license you have to be at least 25 years old. 
The final exam is conducted online and consists of multiple-choice and true/false questions.
The online exam duration is 45 minutes.
A minimum passing score of 70% is required to successfully complete the course.
You may retake the exam once at no additional cost. If a third attempt is needed, a fee of AED 500 + VAT will apply.
Log in to the TAMM portal using your UAE Pass. Navigate to “Issue Surveying Licence.” Upload the following documents: Certified course completion certificate Valid Emirates ID Police clearance certificate University degree with UAE equivalency Experience certificates Any relevant professional certificates Signed survey undertaking letter Ensure the following conditions are met: All documents are valid and updated Emirates ID is active No legal or administrative blocks on your profile “Update Professional Details” application (if required) is completed Submit the application. Upon approval, the surveying license will be issued through the TAMM portal.

Yes, you may reschedule your training session up to 7 days before the course start date.
Both the surveying license and course completion certificate are valid for one year from the date of issue.
The course is mandatory for anyone aiming to become a licensed real estate surveyor in Abu Dhabi, as required by the relevant authorities.
