A practical training course for company owners in Abu Dhabi on how to access the Municipal Profiles Hub through the TAMM platform and review company profile details, including company information, owners, users, authorized signatories, documents, plots, project profiles, and freehold projects.
This course introduces company owners in Abu Dhabi to the Municipal Profiles Hub and the Company Management feature available through the TAMM platform. The session explains how users can access their personal dashboard, select the relevant company profile, and review the company information associated with their account.
Participants will learn how to navigate the company profile dashboard and review key sections such as company information, trade licence activities, owners, users, authorised signatory users, documents, plots, project profiles, and freehold projects. The course also highlights that the service does not require supporting documents and is free of charge, while explaining when users may request a company profile update or activate the company’s Department of Municipalities and Transport service.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
• Understand the purpose of the Municipal Profiles Hub and Company Management feature.
• Access the TAMM platform and sign in successfully.
• Review the personal dashboard and verify available profile information.
• Switch from the personal account to the relevant company profile.
• Select the correct company from the list of associated companies.
• Navigate the company profile dashboard and its main sections.
• Review company information, trade licence activities, owners, users, authorised signatory users, and documents.
• Identify related sections such as plots, project profiles, and freehold projects.
• Understand that the service requires no supporting documents and is free of charge.
• Recognize when to request a company profile update or activate the company’s DMT service.
