How long is the Auctioneer Course certificate and license valid? Arrow Arrow
Both the course certificate and auctioneer license are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
A valid Emirates ID is required at the time of registration.
Yes, a certificate of completion is issued within 2 to 4 working days after attending all sessions and scoring at least 70% in the final exam.
For in-person sessions, the venue details are emailed a few days before the course. You can also find the location under the "Location" section in your course dashboard.
The course is delivered either in-person or virtually over 3 consecutive days, totalling 15 instructional hours.
Applicants must hold a university degree with an equivalency certificate issued by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education.
This course is mandatory for all individuals seeking to obtain a real estate auctioneer license in Abu Dhabi, as required by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC).
The exam is conducted online and includes multiple-choice and true/false questions.
The online exam takes 45 minutes to complete.
A minimum score of 70% is required to pass.
One free retake is allowed. A third attempt will incur a fee of AED 500 + VAT.
Follow these steps via the DARI portal: Log in using UAE Pass Go to: Services → Professions Licensing → Register Auctioneer (Employee or Individual) Upload the required documents: Course completion certificate, Valid Emirates ID, Police clearance certificate, University degree with UAE equivalency, Experience certificates, Professional certificates (if any), Auctioneer undertaking letter (if required). Ensure all documents are valid and up to date. Coplete the "Update Professional Details" form. Submit the application. Once approved, download your license from the DARI portal
