Currently serving as Senior Manager – Property & Asset Management at IMKAN Properties, Jawad oversees the full lifecycle of residential and mixed-use assets — from strategic planning and vendor procurement through to day-to-day operations — while actively contributing to the design and operational readiness of the SHA Branded Residences project. As President of the IREM UAE Chapter (2025–2026) and a member of the IREM Governing Council (2024–2026), he plays a leading role in elevating professional standards across the real estate industry in the UAE and the wider MENA region.
