Where can I get the course summary for the Abu Dhabi Valuation Program? Arrow Arrow
- Log in to ThinkProp.ae. - Go to your enrolled course. - Click on the “Summary” section, then download the PDF file.
The course is delivered either face-to-face or virtually over two days, totaling 10 hours of instruction.
For in-person sessions, the training location will be shared via email a few days before the course. You can also find it under the “Location” section in your course dashboard.
Yes, a certificate will be issued within 2 to 4 working days after completing the course, attending all sessions, and scoring at least 70% on the final exam.
You must hold a valid Emirates ID to register for the course. And to get your license you have to be at least 25 years old. 
The final exam is conducted online and consists of multiple-choice and true/false questions.
The exam duration is 45 minutes.
A minimum passing score of 70% is required.
You may retake the exam once at no cost. A third attempt will incur a fee of AED 500 + VAT.
Valuation licenses are issued only to valuators employed by licensed companies. Freelance (individual) licenses are not available.
- Log in to DARI using your UAE Pass. - Navigate to Company Services > Developers > Register Valuator Employee. - Before applying, make sure: - The company’s trade license is valid - The user has no account restrictions - The “Update Professional Details” application is completed - All uploaded documents are valid and up to date - The Emirates ID is active - Upload the required documents: - Certified course certificate - Emirates ID - Police clearance certificate - Academic qualification - Submit the application. - Once approved, your license will be available through the DARI portal.
The registration fee is AED 50.
Yes, you may reschedule your training session up to 7 days before the course begins.
Both the license and course completion certificate are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
This course is mandatory for anyone seeking to become a licensed real estate valuator in Abu Dhabi, as required by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center (ADREC).
