A practical training course on how to apply for approval to re-sell an off-plan plot or unit to another buyer through the DARI platform, including required documents, applicable fees, seller and buyer details, payment plan, document upload, and application tracking.
This course provides a step-by-step walkthrough of the Re-sale of an Off-Plan Plot or Unit service through the DARI platform. The service enables applicants to request approval for transferring an off-plan plot or unit to another buyer before final registration, in accordance with the approved procedures.
Participants will learn the service objective, required documents, applicable ADREC and electronic allowance fees, and the complete application journey. The course explains how to access the service, create a new application, review seller details and selling percentages, add buyer information for UAE residents or non-residents, select the property, enter sale details, calculate fees, add a payment plan and broker details when applicable, upload the required documents, review the application summary, and track the request status until completion.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
• Understand the purpose of the Off-Plan Plot or Unit Resale service.
• Identify the required documents, including the assignment/termination letter for the first sale contract and the second sale contract form.
• Recognize the applicable fees, including ADREC fees and electronic allowance fees.
• Access the DARI platform and start a new resale application.
• Review seller details and assign the correct selling percentage.
• Add buyer details for UAE residents and non-residents.
• Select the relevant off-plan plot or unit and complete the sale details.
• Calculate fees and add payment plan information.
• Add broker details when applicable.
• Upload the required supporting documents.
• Review the application summary, submit the request, and track its status until completion.
