Majdel Musa is a real estate lawyer and broker with over 20 years of experience across the US and UAE. She combines legal expertise with hands-on transaction experience to deliver practical, real-world insights to real estate professionals.

Expertise

Majdel began her career in Chicago as a residential Realtor, later becoming a commercial broker while practicing real estate and business law.

In the UAE since 2014, she has worked across both the regulatory and private sectors, including with the Dubai Land Department as a legal advisor. She later served as Head of Real Estate at a law firm and Vice President for Legal Affairs at the Middle East Real Estate Inspection Association.

She previously held the role of Director of Operations & Legal at RealTrust Conveyancing & Escrow Services. She is currently Strategic Property Advisor at Aramas Property Investments and Director of Operations at Aramas International Lawyers.

Majdel brings a dual legal and brokerage perspective, bridging regulatory requirements with the realities of transactions on the ground. She has been a speaker at Cityscape Global and the International Property Show, and has appeared on Dubai Eye Business Breakfast and industry podcasts. She has also contributed to Gulf News Property Weekly.

She is a member of the Professional Standards Committee at the Dubai Chamber Brokerage and Property Management Group and a mentor with Property Finder SheForShe, and serves as an advisory board member at Baytukum, a real estate crowdfunding platform.
