James Cresswell is a Chartered Surveyor with over two decades of experience in the real estate sector. Beginning his career in the UK, he honed his skills in prominent real estate consultancies, undertaking intricate valuations across diverse asset classes on a national scale.
Experience
James joined CBRE in Dubai in 2010, later becoming a Partner and Head of Commercial Valuation at Cavendish Maxwell. He led valuations for various portfolios, including 10 million sq ft development sites and super-regional malls. In 2023, he co-founded Allanton Group, a boutique property investment firm focusing on UK assets. James has a BA in Business Studies from Brighton University, an MSc in Estate Management from London Southbank University, and MRICS membership since 2004. He has a passion for sharing knowledge and nurturing growth, leading to his pivotal role at Quanterra Group, a leading real estate recruitment firm based in Dubai.
