A practical training course for real estate developers on how to register a primary or secondary real estate developer through the DARI platform, including service requirements, fees, professional profile activation, application submission, and developer license certificate issuance.
This course provides real estate developers in Abu Dhabi with a clear walkthrough of the Developer Registration service on the DARI platform. The service enables developers to register their development company in ADREC records in order to be licensed to carry out real estate development activities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Participants will learn the objective of the service, the required documents and trade license requirements, the difference between primary and secondary developer registration, and the applicable cost structure. The course also demonstrates how to access the DARI platform, log in, switch to a professional profile, select the relevant developer registration service, submit the application, complete payment when required, track the application status, and download the Developer License Certificate once approved.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
• Understand the purpose of the Developer Registration service.
• Identify the required documents and trade license requirements.
• Distinguish between primary and secondary developer registration.
• Understand the applicable fees and when payment is required.
• Access the DARI platform and switch to the professional profile.
• Select and initiate the relevant developer registration service.
• Submit the application and complete payment when applicable.
• Track the application status through the platform.
• Download and review the Developer License Certificate after approval.
