This module discusses how to calculate profits as a real estate broker and what rules govern the profit calculation process.

In this module, participants will learn about the corporate structure of real estate companies and the rules, regulations, and processes that govern their work.

Anyone who wishes to become a licensed real estate broker in Abu Dhabi must complete the Abu Dhabi Broker Course. The course is mandated by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) as part of the licensing process.
1. Log in to ThinkProp.ae using your registered email and password. 2. Click on your enrolled course and go to the course dashboard. 3. All relevant sections and training resources will be available there.
Both the broker license and the course completion certificate are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
Yes, you may reschedule your training session up to 7 days before the course start date.
Employee brokers can follow these steps: 1. Log in to DARI using UAE Pass. 2. Choose "Register Broker (Employee)" under Professions Licensing. 3. Upload: Course completion certificate Employer-sponsorship confirmation Police clearance Educational and experience documents 4. Submit the application. 5. Once approved, download your broker license card via DARI.  
Only UAE Nationals are eligible to apply for an individual real estate broker license in Abu Dhabi.
You can retake the exam once at no additional cost. A third attempt will require a fee of AED 500 + VAT.
You need to score at least 70% to pass the final exam.
The total duration is 45 minutes.
The exam is delivered online and consists of multiple-choice and true/false questions.
You must hold a valid Emirates ID to register for the course. No prior experience is required.
Yes. A certificate is issued within 2–4 business days after you: Attend all sessions, complete the course, pass the final exam with at least 70%.
