This module focuses on the submission requirements for Development Control applications, including Planning NOC documentation, design submission standards, GFA calculations, design guidelines, submission checklists, supporting documents, and resubmission procedures. Learners will understand how to prepare complete and compliant submission packages that support an efficient review and approval process.
This module introduces the key regulatory documents that support the development process, including the Development Control Regulations (DCR/PRS), Utilities Fact Sheet, and Planning Parameters.
