Who needs to complete the Abu Dhabi Valuation Renewal Course to renew their license? Arrow Arrow
All individuals working as real estate valuators in Abu Dhabi must complete the certified Valuation Renewal Course to renew their license. This includes those with expired licenses or those nearing renewal, in accordance with ADREC regulations.
The course is conducted either in-person or virtually over a period of 2 days, totaling 10 hours of instruction.
For in-person sessions, the training location will be shared via email a few days before the course. It can also be found in the "Location" section of your course dashboard.
Yes, an official certificate is issued within 2 to 4 working days after completing the course, attending all sessions, and submitting the required case study.
Yes, completing the full Abu Dhabi Valuation Course with ThinkProp is a prerequisite for enrolling in the Renewal Course.
- Completion of the full Abu Dhabi Valuation Course with ThinkProp. - A valid Emirates ID at the time of registration
No, there is no final exam. Instead, participants are required to complete and submit a case study.
The case study is assigned and explained by the instructor during the training session.
No, the certificate will not be issued unless the case study is completed and submitted successfully.
Failure to complete and submit the case study will result in withholding the training certificate.
Valuation licenses can only be renewed by valuators who are employed by licensed companies. Freelance or individual licenses are not available.
- Log in to the DARI platform using your UAE Pass. - Navigate to Company Services > Developers > Register Valuator Employee. - Ensure the following criteria are met: - The company’s trade license is valid - There are no user account restrictions - The “Update Professional Details” application is completed - All uploaded documents are valid and current - Your Emirates ID is active - Upload the following required documents: - Certified course certificate - Emirates ID - Police clearance certificate - Academic qualification - Submit your application. - Once approved, your renewed license will be accessible via the DARI portal.
The license renewal fee is AED 50.
Yes, you may reschedule your training session up to 7 days prior to the course start date.
Both the renewed license and the course completion certificate are valid for one year from the date of issuance.

- Log in to ThinkProp.ae   - Click on “Get Certificate.”   - Click “Download.”
If you notify us at least 7 days before the course starts, you may request a refund or reschedule your session. Requests submitted after that period will not be eligible. For emergencies (e.g., illness), a valid medical certificate is required for consideration.
