Her expertise encompasses regional and super-regional malls, masterplan developments, islands, and specialized assets. With an intricate grasp of complex financial modeling, she has contributed her talents to international and regional firms including Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, MPM (subsidiary of ADIB), and Cavendish Maxwell. Throughout her career, she has extended her counsel to a wide array of clients, ranging from financial institutions and REITs to property developers, FMCG businesses, HNWIs, private families, and prominent business groups.
