A practical training course for real estate developers on how to register a ready property or unit for first sale through the TAMM platform, including service requirements, required documents, applicable fees, buyer details, mortgage information, document upload, submission, and application tracking.
This course provides real estate developers with a clear walkthrough of the service for registering a ready unit or property for first sale through the TAMM platform. The service enables the developer to transfer a ready property to the first purchaser and issue the title deed under the purchaser’s name, in accordance with the approved procedures.
Participants will be introduced to the service objective, required documents, applicable ADREC fees, and the complete application journey. The course demonstrates how to access the service, select the relevant unit, complete the application form, enter the selling price and contract date, provide mortgage details when applicable, add buyer information, upload the buy and sell contract and evaluation certificate, review the application summary, submit the request, and track the application status until completion.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
• Understand the purpose of the Register a Unit for First Sale service.
• Identify the required documents, including the buy and sell contract and evaluation certificate.
• Understand the applicable fees, including ADREC fees and electronic allowance fees.
• Access the TAMM platform and start a new first-sale registration application.
• Select the relevant ready unit or property for the transaction.
• Complete contract details, including selling price and contract date.
• Enter mortgage information when applicable.
• Add buyer details for individuals, companies, or government entities.
• Upload the required supporting documents correctly.
• Review, submit, and track the application status until completion.
