A practical training course for real estate developers on how to register off-plan unit and plot sale transactions through the DARI platform, including service requirements, required documents, applicable fees, and step-by-step application submission.
This course provides real estate developers with a clear walkthrough of the Off-Plan Unit and Plot Registration service through the DARI platform. The service enables developers to register full or partial sale transactions between the parties to the purchase contract, including the seller and buyer or their legal representatives, for real estate units or plots that are off-plan or under construction.
Participants will learn the objective of the service, the required supporting documents, and the applicable registration fees, including ADREC fees, electronic allowance fees, and late registration fees when applicable. The course also demonstrates how to access the platform using the professional profile, select the relevant off-plan registration service, review property and buyer details, add payment plan information, upload the required documents, submit the application, and track the request status until completion.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
• Understand the purpose of the Off-Plan Unit and Plot Registration service.
• Identify the required documents, including the sale and purchase agreement, commercial licence and MOA for companies, and the unified SPA signed by the buyer and developer.
• Recognize the applicable registration fees and late registration fees when relevant.
• Access the DARI platform and use the professional profile correctly.
• Select the relevant off-plan unit or plot registration service.
• Review property, buyer, contract, and registration details before submission.
• Enter payment plan information and required transaction details.
• Upload the required supporting documents through the platform.
• Submit the application and track the request status until completion.
