Dr. Faiez Salih holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sudan University of Science and Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Al-Neelin University in Sudan, a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Planning Techniques from Euromas University, the Netherlands, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Sudan University of Science and Technology; and a Master’s in Business and Management Research, Reading University UK. He is currently working on a doctoral degree at Reading University, UK.

Experience

Dr. Faiez joined the oil sector in Sudan as a planner and was appointed Director of Planning and Business Development at the White Nile Petroleum Company. Since 2012, he moved to private work, working as a part-time university teacher, consultant, and instructor in training centers; he teaches courses in project planning, prepares feasibility studies, and prepares strategic business plans. Recently, his studies have focused on industrial and commercial complexes and real estate projects, especially after gaining practical experience working in real estate offices in the UK. He also participated in and presented scientific papers on economics and planning at international symposiums, seminars, and conferences. His most recent contribution was a paper presented at a workshop on integrated strategic planning for cities and regions, Institute of Housing and Urban Development Studies, Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Dr. Faiez prepared feasibility studies for multiple projects, including the economic feasibility of a vegetable and fruit cooler project, the establishment and leasing of a residential complex, and the asset evaluation for a residential complex.
