Evgeny Ratskevich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry. He began his career in Property Management in 2005 after completing his engineering studies in the United Kingdom. Since then, he has demonstrated expertise in managing grade 2 listed buildings, overseeing prestigious projects such as Canary Wharf in London, and contributing to large-scale communities in the UAE since 2012.

Experience

Evgeny Ratskevich began his real estate journey in 2007, joining the company "AKTIVNEDVIZHIMOST" in Russia. In 2012, he moved to Dubai to become the General Manager of Metropolitan Premium Real Estate, focusing on brand building, market analysis and marketing strategy development.

In 2018, he took over the leadership of Abu Dhabi-based Metropolitan Capital Real Estate LLC, which by 2024 became one of the largest real estate agencies in the emirate.

Ratskevich is a certified real estate broker from the Dubai Land Department and the Abu Dhabi Municipality and actively contributes to industry development projects, including one to establish a body to oversee the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
