The CCIM Designation Program is a structured commercial real estate education pathway for professionals who want to build advanced expertise in investment analysis, market evaluation, user decision-making, and strategic commercial real estate advisory.
Through CI 101–CI 104, participants develop practical tools to analyze cash flows, evaluate markets and locations, assess leasing versus ownership decisions, forecast investment performance, and support commercial real estate decisions across the full property lifecycle.
Please note: Completion of CI 101–CI 104 is an important part of the CCIM Designation pathway. To earn the full CCIM Designation, candidates may also need to complete official CCIM requirements such as candidate membership, ethics training, negotiations training, elective credits, portfolio approval, and the Comprehensive Exam, subject to CCIM Institute rules.
How to Earn the CCIM Designation :
To earn the CCIM Designation, candidates must complete the official designation pathway set by The CCIM Institute. The education component includes four designation courses, online ethics training, negotiations training, and elective credits. Candidates must also satisfy portfolio/experience requirements and pass the Comprehensive Exam, unless eligible for an approved Fast Track route.
