Muhammad Jawad-Ur-Rehman is a distinguished real estate professional with over 15 years of leadership experience across the UAE, specialising in property, asset, and community management for residential, commercial, and branded developments. He holds the distinction of being the first Certified Property Manager (CPM®) in the Middle East, a designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) in the United States, and is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Currently serving as Senior Manager – Property & Asset Management at IMKAN Properties, Jawad oversees the full lifecycle of residential and mixed-use assets — from strategic planning and vendor procurement through to day-to-day operations — while actively contributing to the design and operational readiness of the SHA Branded Residences project. Jawad's depth of expertise spans the full spectrum of property and asset management, with a proven track record of managing operational budgets exceeding AED 100 million, overseeing facilities management contracts valued at AED 40 million, and delivering AED 1 million in savings through vendor optimisation and operational restructuring. He has led the negotiation of over 1,000 retail and residential leases across developers including WAFI, Emaar, Etihad Towers, RAK Properties, and IMKAN, maintaining occupancy rates above 92% and delinquency rates below 1.5%. A champion of digital transformation in real estate, he has spearheaded the implementation of CAFM, Yardi, BIM, and CRM platforms to enhance asset visibility, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making. In parallel with his industry career, Jawad serves as faculty with IREM®, IEREI, and KAPLAN, mentoring real estate professionals across the MENA region. He holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Bolton (UK), an IOSH Managing Safely Certificate, and an IREM® Skill Badge in Building Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
