George E. Wilson, CCIM, is a Partner at Adams & Wilson Development in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has negotiated transactions with leading international brands including CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, Murphy Oil, Kay Jewelers, Jared, and Whole Foods. A CCIM Institute instructor since 2008, George was named the Institute’s Robert L. Ward Instructor of the Year in 2023 and received the CI-102 Instructor of the Year Award in 2022. He has also served on the CCIM Institute Board of Directors and as President of the South Carolina CCIM Chapter. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Appalachian State University.
