Terms of Service

1. Introduction

1.1 About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Advanced Real Estate Services – LLC (“ADRES,” “us,” or “we”).

They apply to your use of the ADRES websites and mobile applications (excluding our Dari Service), as well as all other websites and software applications that incorporate or link to these Terms (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

They also apply to any text, images, video, audio, software, or other multimedia content, material, or information made available through the Services (“Content”).

 

1.2 Acceptance of these Terms

By signing up for, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services or access any Content.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your access to the Services (in whole or in part) if you fail to comply with these Terms or any applicable laws.

2. Using the Services

2.1 Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to use our Services.
 

2.2 Security and Data

You are responsible for keeping your password and account details secure, and for ensuring that any information you provide to ADRES is accurate, complete, and up to date.

If we suspect a security breach or misuse of your account, we may require you to change your password or suspend your access.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services:

  1. For any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
  2. In a way that infringes the rights of others (including intellectual property or privacy rights).
  3. To harm, bully, intimidate, or harass any person.
  4. To send unsolicited advertising, promotional material, or spam.
  5. To interfere with or disrupt the performance, servers, or networks of the Services.
  6. To upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  7. To use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access or copy our Services or Content.
  8. To tamper with, hack, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.
  9. To build a competing product or service.
  10. In any other manner that violates these Terms.
     

3. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refunds

3.1 ADRES reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or change the location of an event due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or force majeure (e.g., floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).

3.2 If a course is canceled by ADRES, you are entitled to a full refund in the form of coupons, valid for 12 months from the issue date. Unused coupons are non-transferable, non-creditable, and non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 30 working days.

3.3 No refunds or credits will be provided in cases of absence.

3.4 If you cannot attend a course, you must provide at least 7 days’ notice before the start date. ADRES will issue a refund in the form of coupons redeemable for ThinkProp courses.

3.5 All refund, cancellation, and rescheduling requests must be sent to [email protected].

3.6 ADRES may modify its refund policy at any time without notice.

However, the policy in effect at the time of your transaction will continue to apply to that purchase.

 

4. Infringing or Unlawful Content

4.1 Managing Infringing Content

We may, at our discretion:

  • Suspend or delete accounts used in violation of these Terms.
  • Remove any Content deemed inappropriate, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful.
     

4.2 Reporting Infringing Content


If you find any Content that violates these Terms, please contact us immediately using the details provided in Section 1.3.
 

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Services and Content belong to ADRES or our licensors. This includes all copyrights, trademarks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights, whether registered or not, worldwide.

 

5.2 No Implied Rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not grant you any legal rights in the Services or Content. You must not remove or alter any notices (including copyright or security notices) within the Services or Content.

 

6. Accuracy and Availability

6.1 We do not guarantee that the Services or Content will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to any part of the Services for operational or business reasons, and will provide reasonable notice where possible.

6.2 Content is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or technical advice. You should use your own independent judgment and, if necessary, seek professional advice before relying on any Content.
 

7. Hyperlinks and Third-Party Sites

Our Services may include links to third-party websites or advertisements.

These are provided for your convenience only.

We have no control over third-party content and accept no responsibility for it.

The presence of a link does not imply endorsement of that third party or its services. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and conditions.

 

8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Limited Warranty

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

 

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, ADRES is not liable for:

  • Losses that were not foreseeable at the time these Terms were agreed upon.
  • Losses not caused by our actions.
  • Loss of use, data, business, or profits.

This does not affect liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
 

9. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, system failures, natural disasters, or epidemics.

10.1 Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Please review them regularly to stay informed of any changes.

 

10.2 Changes to the Services

We may modify our Services to reflect business or user needs. Where feasible, we will provide notice of major changes, particularly to paid services.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organization. You will be notified in writing if this occurs. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to another party.

11.2 Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
