Expertise

Her journey in the UAE began at the Dubai Land Department, where she worked as both a RERA course instructor and legal advisor for the Dubai Real Estate Institute. She later became the Head of Real Estate at a law firm and Vice President for Legal Affairs at the Middle East Real Estate Inspection Association. Her expertise has made her a sought-after speaker at industry events such as Cityscape Global and the International Property Show, and she has been a featured guest on Dubai Eye’s Business Breakfast radio show, as well as numerous podcasts. She also contributed regularly to Gulf News’ Property Weekly.

With a legal career spanning over 20 years, Majdel started as a Realtor in Chicago, specializing in residential real estate, and later became a commercial broker while practicing real estate and business law.

Currently, she is an advisory board member for Baytukum, a real estate crowdfunding platform. Beyond her professional roles, she is a certified leadership speaker and trainer and has held leadership and board positions in various non-profit organizations.
