Fouad Bekkar is a serial founder, investor, and AI leader with over 18 years of international leadership experience across real estate technology, artificial intelligence, big data, sovereign data infrastructure, and multinational strategy. He is the Founder and CEO of Coraly.ai, where he is building a global intelligence platform for real estate portal markets. He previously founded HomeValue.ai, an AI-powered real estate valuation platform, which was successfully acquired by Property Finder, one of the leading property portals in the MENA region. Fouad also co-architected Mo’asher, Dubai’s official real estate performance index, in partnership with the Dubai Land Department. His career includes senior leadership roles at Property Finder, Al Tayer Group, Royal Philips, Orano, and major engineering and nuclear energy organizations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. With a strong academic background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Big Data, and Machine Learning, Fouad brings deep expertise in the intersection of AI, real estate data, PropTech innovation, and strategic business growth.
